BLUE BELL, PA – Cannon Group, an independent telecommunications consulting firm in Blue Bell, Pa. has announced the following new hires:
Jay McHenry joins Cannon Group as a Project Manager. He previously spent 11 years as a manager for Sprint Nextel and 11 years as a Project Manager for Global Capacity, LLC. Jay has managed telecom budgets and personnel, delivering large scale network rollouts, offering insight into both the client side and provider side of initiatives.
Stan Burkin was hired as a Senior Sourcing Negotiator. His telecom and negotiation experience comes from previous positions as a Pricing and Contract Negotiator at Sprint, a Sourcing Consultant at ProfitLine and a Sourcing Consultant at Tangoe.
Debbie Ecord, Mary Beth Goodian and Chris Smith were hired as Telecom Analysts for Cannon Group. Previously, they worked as analysts for Heritage Propane, managing landline telecom expenses, reducing telecom costs and organizing expense environments.
Marianne Maurone joins Cannon Group as a Telecom Consultant. With 20 years of experience in telecommunications, she previously worked for Verizon Business as a Manager of Sales Support, gaining an in-depth understanding of Verizon services, billing and contracts.
Cary Ford worked at Sprint for 14 years before becoming a Negotiator within Cannon Group’s Strategic Sourcing team. At Cannon Group, he is responsible for managing RFP’s, contract negotiations, and vendor contract analysis for Cannon Group clients.
Tara Sherich joins Cannon Group as a Negotiator within the Strategic Consulting team. Formerly, she worked for Sprint as a Manager in Pricing and Contract Negotiations. With more than a decade of finance and telecom experience, Tara is an expert in both wireline and wireless products and services.
